Fees
Initial Acupuncture treatment, consultation, evaluation & diagnosis:
$150.00 (90 minutes)
Follow-up Acupuncture treatment: $100.00 (60 minutes)
Initial Herbal consultation, evaluation & diagnosis: $100.00 (45 minutes)
Herbs not included. Herbal formula will be called into a reputable herbal dispensary. Cost of herbs to be paid directly to them.
Follow-up Herbal consultation: $60.00 (30 minutes)
Private Qigong instruction: $100.00 (60 minutes)
Payments
Payment is expected at the conclusion of treatment. Payments can be made by Cash, Check, Zelle or Credit Card.
Insurance
While I do not accept insurance, I am happy to provide you with a super bill with ICD codes that you may be able to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy
I maintain a 24-hour cancellation policy. Treatment times, especially at particular days/time slots, are in high demand. No-shows prevent other people from being able to get treatments. Patients who miss appointments and do not provide 24 hour notice of cancellation will be charged for the full cost of the visit.
